Billing, cancellation and refunds

Manage an active direct subscription from your account. For a mismatch, duplicate charge, cancellation issue or eligible refund, email michael@blbestate.com from the purchase address and include the Stripe receipt or invoice identifier. Do not send a card number or bank-account number.

Account and privacy requests

Email michael@blbestate.com with the subject “Privacy request.” State whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion and identify the account email involved. We may verify control of the address before releasing or changing account information.

Account deletion is also available after sign-in. Cancel any Stripe subscription before deleting the account if you want future charges to stop. The Privacy Policy explains the local, hosted and provider data paths.

Public-record correction or suppression

Email michael@blbestate.com with the subject “Public-record removal request” and include enough information to locate the row:

• the name, parcel ID, situs address or mailing address shown;
• county and state;
• the Black Label Real Estate result or API URL, if available;
• the government source URL, if available; and
• whether the request is correction, suppression, protected-address handling or another legal right.

Do not send identity documents unless we ask for a proportionate verification method. An honored suppression prevents future delivery from our service and is reapplied after harvests. It cannot change the government source or recall a copy someone already exported.

Structured API intake

Technical requesters may send JSON to POST https://api.blbestate.com/v1/ccpa-delete with requester and match_value. Authentication is not required. The API's discovery record is at /.well-known/data-removal. Email remains the human-review channel and is the best path for protected-address urgency or supporting context.

Accessibility feedback

Email michael@blbestate.com with the page or product area, the barrier, your browser/operating system, and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. You do not need to disclose a disability. We will provide a reasonable alternate way to access the affected information or function while we investigate.

Security reports

Email michael@blbestate.com with the affected host, a concise reproduction and potential impact. Do not include live authentication tokens, private property workspaces or destructive proof. The API also publishes security.txt.
