Connect your apps

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Connect your other apps

Connections are made on the shared Black Label platform. You sign in to each app once there, and the connection then works from any AI chat that has the platform's MCP server, from its REST API and from its SDKs.

  1. Open Connect your apps and sign in or create a free account.
  2. Pick an app, such as HubSpot or Google Sheets, and approve access on that app's own sign-in page.
  3. Add the platform MCP to your AI (below), or use the API and SDKs.

The Real Estate app itself does not push to these apps. Your AI chat or your own code moves records between them, using the tools you connect.

Add the Black Label Real Estate MCP to your AI

The site MCP server is https://blbestate.com/mcp. It needs no key or sign-in. It reads this site, searches public property records at the preview tier (25 rows per page), returns parcel and owner lookups and property audits, and can start a checkout. Full tool list.

Claude (web and desktop)

Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Black Label Real Estate and paste:

https://blbestate.com/mcp

Then turn it on in a chat from + → Connectors. Organization settings may control who can add connectors.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http blbestate https://blbestate.com/mcp

ChatGPT

Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, turn on Developer mode, then choose Create. Paste https://blbestate.com/mcp and choose No authentication.

Cursor

Add to ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "blbestate": {
      "url": "https://blbestate.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

VS Code

Add to .vscode/mcp.json:

{
  "servers": {
    "blbestate": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://blbestate.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Add your other apps in the same chat

Add the platform MCP next to it so one conversation can reach your CRM, sheets and inbox. Get a key at Developers → API key, then use https://tryacee.com/mcp with Authorization: Bearer <key>, or paste the link form https://tryacee.com/mcp/k/<key> into Claude or ChatGPT. The link carries your key; treat it like a password.

Public-records MCP on your Mac

The Mac app includes a second MCP server with five read-only tools: search_parcels, get_comps, calc_arv, get_property_audit and plan_route. It runs on your Mac, so it works in apps that launch local servers: Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. ChatGPT connects only to remote servers; use https://blbestate.com/mcp there.

  1. Open the app and go to Settings → Claude / MCP.
  2. Copy the configuration. The app fills in its bundled Node.js and server paths.
  3. Paste it into your client's MCP settings (for Claude Desktop, Settings → Developer → Edit Config) and restart the client.

Inputs, outputs and limits for each tool are on Developers.

Example: probate leads into your CRM

With the Black Label Real Estate MCP and the platform MCP both on, ask your AI:

Find absentee-owned parcels in Maricopa County, AZ that sold before 2005.
Put the owner, situs address and mailing address in a new Google Sheet,
and create a HubSpot contact for each mailing address.

The AI calls the property-records tools here, then the Google Sheets and HubSpot tools you connected. Each row keeps the county source it came from.

What is shared

  • The site MCP reads only public pages and public records, with no account.
  • The public-records MCP runs on your Mac and does not send your pipeline, leads or deals to us.
  • App connections are made on the shared platform under your account there. You approve each app on its own sign-in page and can disconnect any time.
  • Read the Privacy Policy for how this site handles data.
